- 5:15 PM: Sound Bath at Campground
- 6 PM: Campground meet-and-greet - Q&A with Gevin
- 6:45 PM: Movie Showing of Biker Women - Campground
- 8 PM: Karaoke @Big Als BBQ in Pine Mountain Village
Saturday, Sept 27, 2025
- 8 AM: Wet Clutch Moto Coffee - Serving coffee and pastries at the Campground
- 10 AM: Women’s motorcycle parade through downtown Pine Mountain Club - Meetup location to be announced
- 11 AM – 2 PM: Scenic Rides, Hiking, Strolling through the Village
- 2 PM- 4:30 PM: Concert featuring the Gevin Fax Band and Ronda Ray - Lilac Stage in town
- 5 PM: Raffle drawing with sponsor prizes and Ride to the Warehouse @ Condor Room in town
- 7:00 PM: Dinner at local venues
- 8:00 PM: Screening of Biker Women Documentary at the Lilac Stage in town
- 10:00 PM: Pub crawl and art installation viewing
Sunday, Sept 28, 2025
- 8 AM: Wet Clutch Moto Coffee - serving coffee and pastries at the Campground
- 9 AM to 12 PM: Walk through town, enjoy a ride, hang with friends at the Campground
- 12 PM: Closing remarks and community send-off
